Portable RemixIDE is a browser-based Solidity IDE that allows you to:

• Write and edit Solidity smart contracts
• Compile contracts using various Solidity compiler versions
• Deploy contracts to blockchain networks
• Interact with deployed contracts

This is a simplified, faster version of Remix IDE designed for ease of use.

3. Open Source License

Portable RemixIDE is an open-source project. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All code you write, compile, and deploy
• Verifying the security of your smart contracts before deployment
• Understanding the risks associated with blockchain transactions
• Protecting your wallet and private keys
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Portable RemixIDE is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

In no event shall Portable RemixIDE, its developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to smart contract bugs
• Loss of data or code
• Business interruption
• Errors in compilation or deployment

7. Smart Contract Risks

You acknowledge that:

• Smart contracts are immutable once deployed
• Bugs in smart contracts can result in permanent loss of funds
• You should always audit your contracts before mainnet deployment
• Test thoroughly on testnets before deploying to mainnet

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Portable RemixIDE to:

• Create malicious or harmful smart contracts
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent activities

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
