3. Local Storage

Portable RemixIDE uses your browser's local storage to:

• Save your code files locally on your device
• Remember your compiler preferences
• Store deployed contract information

All data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

4. Wallet Connections

When you connect a wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.), the connection is established directly between your browser and the wallet provider. We do not have access to:

• Your wallet address
• Your private keys
• Your transaction history
• Your account balance

5. Third-Party Services

Portable RemixIDE may use third-party services for:

• CDN Services: For loading external libraries (CodeMirror, etc.)
• RPC Providers: For blockchain interactions (when you deploy contracts)

Portable RemixIDE is an open-source project. You can review our code to verify our privacy practices. The source code is available on GitHub.
